I do want to give you a breakdown of "the rest", which will perfectly set me up to discuss just how cool our four pillars (or tiers) of our Nutrition System really are.

One thing I want to immediately draw your attention to is the fact I mentioned that there are double ups on some of the celebrities named in these categories and the main four we saw in the last lesson.

Which is also setting me up for some more awesomeness.

The SHJ Nutrition System can EASILY be paired with any other restrictions you want to or need to add to your diet.

For example, let's say you want to, or need to, add some type of restriction; for this example let's use a dairy intolerance or even vegan or vegetarianism.

Either of these dietary restrictions can just be added.

Simple as that.

Nothing else to it.

If you were to try to pair these to other restrictions like the Carnivore Diet or even Keto Diet for example you'd run into some complications.

But, The SHJ Nutrition System is the most effective, efficient, and sustainable dietary structure at it's core, and can also be manipulated to keep it's effectiveness while adhering to any other restrictions you may need to add.

There are a few things I want to make clear when talking about these "other" diets, which we'll consider "add-on" diets.

Add-on restrictions are generally added specifically for moral reasons or for using a set of restrictions to help you aim for more "healthy choices" (which can be simply obtained by making healthier choices with the 4-Tier-Nutrition System), but will not provide better aesthetic/physical results.
To reiterate: if you add-on restrictions (a fad diet as talked about above), you WILL NOT improve your results and make it faster or more efficient in obtaining goals like weight loss and/or muscle gain.
If you DO decide to tack on an add-on restriction please think about WHY you are doing it. 99% of the time it's due to moral reasons (like going Vegan, which my brother is, for example), which makes sense - but tacking on another fad diet really only complicates your diet and makes it HARDER for you to adhere to.

That being said, let me reiterate on something: you CAN add restrictions in to adhere to personal choices or necessities within your own life, but you absolutely, 100% do NOT NEED to add anything else to our 4-Tier-System.
